Dry flowable (DF) is one new formulation that more effective, safer, more environmentally-friendly and more advantageous than WDG and SC.

1) The technological formulas of DF and WDG are basically the same. With regard to preparation technology, raw materials are firstly processed into aqueous suspension before being sprayed into the spray tower for granulation. The air, after being dried and heated, enters into the tower, with inlet air temperature being 150-200℃, and the water content in the suspension ejected from nozzle is violently evaporated, thus forming slim, uniform, multiporous, hollow and perfect spherical granules.

2) Compared with WDG, DF boasts faster fog disintegration in water as well as better dispersion and suspension property. Generally, the dispersed suspension becomes more stable in several seconds.
